Surya Prakash Tiwari is a distinguished senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), renowned for his exceptional contributions in the realm of scientific research. He enriched his academic journey by earning an M. Tech. degree in Remote Sensing and GIS from SRM University, India, in 2009. In pursuit of academic excellence, he achieved his Ph.D. degree in Ocean Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2013.
His global pursuit of knowledge led him to various prestigious institutions. From 2013 to 2014, he served as a postdoctoral research associate at the City College of City University of New York, USA. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2017, he held the position of Postdoctoral Fellow within the Biological and Environmental Science and Engineering Division at the Red Sea Research Center, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia.
At present, Surya Prakash Tiwari holds the esteemed role of Research Scientist II (Associate Professor) at the distinguished King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia. His prolific research spans a diverse spectrum of subjects, encompassing bio-geo-optics, ocean color remote sensing, radiative transfer theory, underwater visibility, phytoplankton blooms, primary productivity, and instrument design, among other subdisciplines.
His scholarly endeavors have culminated in the publication of over 34 research articles, comprising peer-reviewed journal papers, comprehensive conference proceedings, and significant contributions to various conference papers. Dr. Tiwari’s professional profile is underscored by his exceptional aptitude in leadership, effective communication, precise scheduling, adept time management, negotiation prowess, profound technical expertise, astute risk assessment, adept team management, and an impressive knack for critical thinking and problem-solving. Ujjwal’s journey commenced with a solid educational foundation, earning a M.Sc. degree in Physics , followed by an M.S degree in Information Technology.
His professional voyage led him across esteemed institutions, including the New York State Department of Information Technology Services and IBM. In his roles, he has demonstrated prowess in web application enhancement, UI development, cloud infrastructure management, and more. His aptitude spans various tools, technologies, and methodologies essential for driving successful DevOps and cloud operations.

Dr Mohammed Ali is a Physical Oceanographer and climate scientist, have morethan 14 years of experience in handling different oceanographic project. Participated in many oceanographic expedition and expertise in data processing, analysis and research. He is having experience in use of various Met-Ocean Model such as WRF, MERRA2, ECMWF, SODA, CMIP, IPCC etc and expertise in WRF model and Climate prediction, handling of large volume of ocean and atmosphere model data and conversant with data formats like NetCDF, HDF etc.
